Research projects

Every student will need to complete at least one substantial student research project in each of Stage 4 (Years 7 & 8) and Stage 5 (Years 9 & 10).

If you’re interested in doing a research project on electricity, we want to help you get on the right track.

The science research project may seem to be a difficult task but if you find the right topic to explore the project can end up being a lot of fun.

The first hurdle is deciding what you are interested in. Then just round the bend you’ll have to choose what to investigate.

Remember, before you get to the finish line, you’ll need to make sure you can actually do some experiments and be able follow the scientific method in the way you work.
